Data controller

JXN Media Group, S.A. de C.V. ("Jaxon Media Group"), located at Av. Santa Fe 170, Oficinas 2-4-12, Col. Santa Fe, Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México, C.P. 01376, México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.

Data we process

This site does not ask you to register. We process personal data only when you share it with us:

• If you write to us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email: your email and, where applicable, name, phone, company and any project information you send.
• If you are a client or supplier: identification and contact data, tax and billing data, and bank details for payments.
• If you take part in a production: your image and voice, with the corresponding authorization.

We do not process sensitive personal data.

How we use it

• To answer your messages, quote and follow up on your project.
• To provide our production, post-production, design and content services.
• To invoice, collect, pay and meet legal and contractual obligations.
• Optionally, to send you information about our services and work. You can opt out at any time by writing to info@jaxonmg.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it without your consent where the law allows it, for example when an authority requires it or when needed to perform our contract with you. Providers that help us operate (web hosting and forms, email and messaging) may process it on our behalf and under our instructions.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data, revoke your consent or limit its use by writing to info@jaxonmg.com with your name, a way to reply, proof of identity and a clear description of your request. We reply within 20 business days.

Cookies and third-party services

This site does not use analytics or advertising tools. We use Adobe Fonts for typography and Vimeo for some videos; those services may use their own cookies or technical logs under their privacy policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Any change to this notice will be published on this page with its update date.

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the competent authority.
